Cancellation Policy

Scheduling Inspection appointments are scheduled based on routing efficiency, location, and daily workload. Because inspections are grouped geographically to reduce travel time, specific appointment times are not guaranteed. Clients will be given an estimated time window, but arrival times may shift due to route adjustments and the length of prior inspections. Inspection duration varies depending on the size, condition, and complexity of the pool system. Some inspections may take significantly longer than others to ensure a thorough evaluation. For this reason, schedules are flexible and may change throughout the day Access Requirements The client (or their representative) is responsible for ensuring full access to the property at the scheduled time, including gates, pool areas, electrical panels, and equipment. If access is not available, the inspection may be delayed or treated as a cancellation. Rescheduling Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to reschedule an appointment. This allows us to adjust routing and offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. While we do not charge cancellation fees, late cancellations or repeated rescheduling may impact future scheduling priority. Report Delivery & Billing Inspection reports are typically delivered within 24 hours (and often the same day) after the inspection is completed. An invoice will be sent following the inspection. Reports are released once payment has been received in full. This ensures timely processing and delivery of your inspection results. If payment is delayed, report delivery may be delayed accordingly. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at any time if conditions are unsafe, access is denied, or client conduct prevents completion of the inspection.
